Due to outbreak of virus in Wuhan, most of the domestic PCB manufacturer in China are unable to resume work on schedule,even if the resumption of work is not able to restore a full line of production. This effect is persistent for the entire PCB supply chain,and it is not clear how long this effect will last. Many customers will ask their suppliers how they can ensure that their products are produced, what they need to do and how they can reduce their losses. On the other hand, the delivery and supply of raw materialswill affect prices, which is now an inexorable trend in terms of market availability and response.

Starivergroup is also inevitably affected in this event, we are trying to help customers reduce this part of the loss, while trying to coordinate production. Many employees can't get to work at the factory, but they (engineering, customer service, sales, aftermarket) are working from home to give immediate replies and technical advice. now the rework rate of our shenzhen factory（Shenzhen fatory (focus on2-12 Layer low and Midium ,products produced mainly used in Automotive , Communication, Industry Medical industry）  it can Produce 300-400 m2/day PCB board every day, in Fujian factory(Focus on 2-8 Layers  middle to mass production. products Mainly used

in automotive, Communication Home appliance), the complex power up to 70% can give the customer 900sm2/day support, afterwednesday our capacity can reach 1500sm2/day. Even so we have no way to meet the customer's demand for a large number of urgent  orders, so the delivery period will be affected, because the needs of different customers will be different, customers can understand the specific situation by communicating with our sales man .

So how should the end customer minimize the impact of this incident on them, here we have some suggestions.

1: First of all, you need to know your supplier's starting and resuming work (if you're back, you need to know more about them and the production plan)

2: understand the delivery and production of a raw material in the upstream supply chain, if you need to produce the material should be able to arrange for stock in advance, or even you may need to stock up to two to three months)

3: Plan your product to make sure that the most important ones are scheduled for production ahead of time, and then push back less important ones or those that can be delayed.

4: Keep communicating with suppliers immediately to deal with EQ, engineering and other issues in the first place. At this stage, the supplier will have a lot of orders in every day, and immediate reply can ensure that your orders are not delayed because of these issues.

5: Communicate with your customers in a timely manner for the possible delay on the products promotion .
