Now people's demand for electronic products is that the larger the screen, the smaller the others are, and the thinner the thickness is, the better.
2、Avoid material waste and quality problems. Incircuit boards, the circuit is bound to turn. If we design the circuit in the circuit board as a straight line, the turning angle will reach 90 degrees. Because the circuit can easily generate reflection at ninety degree turn, such a circuit board will easily be broken in the process of production. In this way, not only the waste of materials, even if the circuit board is successfully manufactured, it is also easy to produce quality problems.
3、Ensure signal integrity. Different parts are distributed on acircuit board, including various power supplies, various capacitors, resistors, etc. When each part is combined together, there will be interference with each other, so this must be taken into account in the design. With this curve wiring, the signal delay difference between the components will remain within a range, so that there will be no confusion in reading. A bad wiring will degrade the performance of the product and sometimes even affect the success rate of the product.
