(一)Selection of PCB
PCB boards are usually made of copper clad laminate. The choice of laminate should be considered in terms of electrical performance, reliability, processing requirements and economic indicators. The commonly used copper laminates are copper coated phenolic paper laminates, copper coated epoxy paper laminates, copper coated epoxy glass cloth laminate, copper coated epoxy phenolic glass cloth laminate, copper coated polytetrafluoroethylene glass cloth laminate and epoxy glass cloth for multilayer printed circuit boards. Laminates with different materials have different characteristics. Epoxy resin has excellent adhesion with copper foil, so the adhesion strength and working temperature of copper foil are high, and it can not bubble in molten tin at 260 ℃. The glass cloth laminate soaked by epoxy resin is less affected by moisture. UHF circuit boards are preferably copper coated polytetrafluoroethylene glass cloth laminate. In the electronic equipment requiring flame-retardant, flame-retardant PCB boards are also needed, which are all laminates immersed in flame-retardant resin.
