Free DFM with Professional engineers team
Usually PCB designer will design the files according the functions but often ignore manufacturing in real factory need take care of a lot of details such as via size or circuits distances or ring size etc. As each factory have it’s own standard so it’s hard for engineers to design a DFM file which perfectly match with every factory. So in this case ,Stariver circuit always supply a free DFM suggestions. We will assisting customers for optimal balance between cost and performance as well as achieve the best manufacturing efficiency.
But a key-point is when we do the modifications on the customers design files ,we must notice them all the details since then original design have the right to know all. After customer approved this we will do the advise and make the files optimal matching with the production line.
Fast Quick turn services
Our Shenzhen plant mainly focus on small volume production. So usually any Quick turn prototype project need to be manufactured in Shenzhen. As we know at the design stage time is money ,so help the customer turning the concept into real products is our duty and we are keep improving our speed.
Standard of ISO9001:2008 and IPC are mainly Stariver’s manufacturing standard. We will do strictly according to the necessary procedure of the standard but also flexible use the standard according our factory situation. For some special customers may need manufacturing according IPC class 3 or IATF16949 stand. They audit us one time each year. We are always learning and keep studying to use each items or details better in our factory.
PCB Manufacturing
We have a solid foundation of PCB manufacturing. We can manufacturing FR4 PCB, 2-12 layers PCB, (including High-TG PCB, High frequency PCB, Thick copper PCB ,aluminum PCB) as well as others not mentioned here PCB. As we are the PCB factory so you can save the cost from the trading company. But no worry about our services ,we have built a professional team to manage the orders. All of the order followers have excellent commands of English and PCB production relative knowledge. Our services team promise reply messages within 4 hours.
PCB Assembly
We have brother company called“Kang top” to do the PCB assembly services which covers from components procurement ,reflow soldering and AOI inspection. We can assembly from 0402 to WLCSP 0.35mm pitch also BGA components. In our assembly warehouse we have Robot inspection machine to check every finished PCBA. What’s more to have a efficient components mounting ,we have Samsung high-speed chip mounter and automatic solder paste printing machine. With many years experience engineers also work here to observe and monitor completion of each production for instant quality verification. Test instruments and quality control
Except for the excellent assembly machine and professional staff,we also need professional test instruments to control the quality. For the PCBA we usually have the automatic optical inspection machine and visual machine,and for some special small components we have X-ray to control the quality. X-ray is to check small components like 0402 or BGA balls etc. Visual inspection usually used in checking defects boards such as insufficient soldering and components placement.
Box Build
Some of customers may need a one stop services including box build (Plastic) becuase they don’t want to spend time and money evaluating some enclosure supplier.And if you are having same ideas then come towards to us ,as we have cooperated several long-term enclosure suppliers. Based on long time cooperation they will supply a stable quality and stable price level. We wouldn’t like to say the best price but reasonable price.
Components sourcing with a complete supply chain
In china you can find all components but not the term is you know china very well. Sometimes a lot of suffer from refurbish components even local Chinese. In Stariver we believe to control the quality from the very beginning. We only cooperate with authorized agents or original factory. And only in a few cases we use in stock supplier. Because we understand this distributors quality are not stable and it will become a problem if you take the risks to use them.For some passive components our suppliers do have some in stock in the warehouse ,our PCB assembly factory also have some in the warehouse in case of emergency needs.
